# Voice Mail Help Guide

Welcome to the CoPilot VoIP Voice Mail system! This guide will help you navigate the voicemail menu options to manage your messages, settings, and greetings effectively.

## Main Menu Options

Upon accessing your voicemail, you’ll enter the Main Menu. Use the following options:

- **1**: Listen to New Messages.
- **2**: Access Old Messages.
- **3**: Send a new message.
- **4**: Configure Call Forwarding Options.
- **5**: Adjust Current Options.
- **6**: Change your Greetings.
- **7**: Recover deleted voice mails.

## Navigating New Messages

When you select option 1 (New Messages), you can manage individual messages with these choices:

- **1**: Save the current message.
- **2**: Repeat the current message.
- **3**: Forward the message to another user.
- **4**: Delete the current message.
- **5**: Skip to the next message.
- **6**: Reply to the message (note: only to internal callers).
- **#**: Return to the Main Menu.

## Managing Current Options

Select option 5 from the Main Menu to update your settings:

- **1**: Change your voicemail password.
- **2**: Record your name for identification.
